Η Thymeli by Kopanezos Family με χαρά σας ανακοινώνει ότι κατάφερε να αποσπάσει στον διεθνή διαγωνισμό Great taste awards την 5η συνεχόμενη διεθνή διάκριση που κατακτά ,με δύο αστέρια great taste για το προϊόν Thymeli (θυμαρίσιο μέλι Καλύμνου )και ένα αστέρι για το προϊόν Melous(θυμαρίσιο μέλι Κω ) .

Αυτο μου που μας χαροποίησε ιδιαίτερα, είναι πρωτον ,ότι παραμένοντας προσηλωμένοι στον δρόμο της παράδοσης και της ποιότητας καταφέραμε τα προϊόντα μας να αναδειχθούν ανάμεσα σε 15.000 συμμετοχές από όλον τον κόσμο. Οι άριστες κριτικές που συνόδευσαν τις διακρίσεις από τους ειδικούς και γευσιγνώστες του διαγωνισμού, και τέλος ότι ένα αμιγώς Κωακο μέλι που παράχθηκε από εμάς, το προϊόν Melous , για πρωτη φορά κατέκτησε διεθνές βραβείο.

A dark clear honey with a rich aroma. The flavour is richly of thyme, not too sweet and with length on the palate. A well made and flavoursome honey.

A rich, warm amber-colored honey. Light herbal scents of sun-warmed thyme. \light viscosity, beautifully smooth and silky in the mouth. Light caramel sweetness, warm herbal depth with hints of citrus, licorice, wood sap and resin on the finish. Warm, soothing and mildly medicinal. The honey is balanced and rounded, full of character and flavour yet soft and very moreish.

Deep amber in colour with a pourable consistency. This honey displays all the characteristics one would expect from a thyme honey - charmingly it is a little looser in consistency than many tasted, which makes it more versatile. Light herbal aromas, with a subtle citrus notes on eating that blossoms out into full medicinal herbal flavours.

A gorgeous rich colour, silky smooth consistency and an impressive viscosity for thyme honey. The delicate yet clear thyme notes were gentle but lingered beautifully
